We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support and grow our online presence across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of social media, content creation, design, video, website management, and digital marketing.
The role will focus heavily on managing social media activity, creating engaging content, supporting brand visibility, and helping the business adapt to modern SEO and AI-driven search trends. This is a varied position where no two days look exactly the same, and the successful candidate will be expected to take ownership across a wide range of marketing activities.
Social Media and Content Management
Manage company and team LinkedIn profiles along with other social media platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts aligned with company goals and campaigns.
Monitor engagement, interact with comments and messages, and help grow online reach and visibility.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand presence across all channels.
Content Creation and Creative Support
Create short-form video content for social media, campaigns, and brand awareness.
Design marketing assets and supporting visuals using tools such as Canva or Adobe platforms.
Produce lead magnets, downloadable resources, guides, and promotional materials.
Write articles, website content, and marketing copy to support campaigns and SEO efforts.
Website and Digital Marketing
Assist with managing and updating the company website through CMS platforms.
Ensure website content remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with campaigns and branding.
Support SEO activity to improve visibility across search engines and emerging AI/LLM search experiences.
Help optimise content to improve discoverability, traffic, and engagement.
Marketing Strategy and Performance
Contribute ideas for campaigns, content themes, and marketing improvements.
Support paid marketing activity where required, including basic Google Ads or Adwords support.
Monitor performance of content and campaigns and suggest improvements over time.
Stay aware of changes in digital marketing, SEO, and AI-driven search trends.
Expectations
Produce consistent weekly social media and LinkedIn content.
Support ongoing updates to the website and marketing materials.
Contribute creative ideas and proactively support marketing activity where needed.

Essential
Strong written communication and content creation skills.
Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online branding.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Desirable
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Familiarity with CMS platforms and website updates.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads or Adwords.
Understanding of modern SEO and AI/LLM search trends.

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 depending on experience.
