We're a Tech StartUp looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our growing team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building and maintaining relationships with prospects/customers and passing leads to the senior sales team.
This position is perfect for someone that is looking to take the next step in their Telesales career. We're passionate about developing our staff, we plan to progess this role into a Sales Development Representative - should the successful candidate show the right attitude and ability to consistently exceed sales quotas.
- Initiate sales over the phone and educate prospects about our platform and it's key benefits.
- Enter and update customer information accurately within the CRM.
- Ask relevant questions to understand specific needs and requirements of our customers.
- Close deals over the phone in a professional and diligent manner.
- Meet sales quotas
- 100 - 150 calls per day.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully overachieving sales quotas
- Previous CRM experience
- SaaS experience preferred - not essential
- Ability to sell over the phone
- Ability to work remotely
- 2+ years of Telesales experience
