Give every new starter the training, policies and information they need, in the right order. Tayl turns onboarding into a clear pathway, so people feel welcome from day one and managers can see exactly how they are getting on.
Used by the world's leading companies
Onboarding made simple
Put courses, documents and resources in a sensible order, so new starters always know what to do next. Build a pathway once and reuse it for everyone joining in that role.
Share your staff handbook, policies and procedures and collect e-signatures in the app. You can see who has read and signed what, without printing a single page.
Assign essential courses such as health and safety, food hygiene and GDPR as part of onboarding. New starters can complete them on their phone before they start, with a certificate for each course.
Check how every new starter is getting on at a glance, and send a reminder if someone falls behind. No more chasing paperwork or wondering who has done what.
Less admin for managers
Upload a list of new starters in one go, or connect Tayl to the rota or HR system you already use so new people are added for you.
Put people into groups by role, team or location and give each group its own onboarding. Everyone gets the right training without you setting it up person by person.
Keep handbooks, guides and useful contacts in shared resource folders, so new starters can find answers themselves instead of asking the same questions.
Add new starters to team chat and the company newsfeed, so they can meet colleagues and keep up with news from their very first day.

Rated by our customers
Tayl has been recognised by Capterra for Best Value and Best Ease of Use.
Having worked with other, more expensive learning management software providers, we've been pleasantly surprised by the ease, speed and quality of Tayl's offering.
It's such a handy tool for covering all compliance training across our departments from licence training to GDPR and manual handling. The additional feature of being able to create your own training sessions is also a real benefit.
It is a good place to keep all of the training for our volunteers in the same place.
There is really no need to look anywhere else. I'll be surprised if what you're looking for is not included in this package. Highly recommended!
