Taking Action

Assessing the situation safely; choosing an appropriate response; the Five Ds of intervention: Direct, Distract, Delegate, Delay and Document; acting together with colleagues.

Supporting Others and Reporting Concerns

Supporting a colleague; listening without judgement; knowing when to report concerns; following workplace procedures; creating everyday inclusion and helping build a respectful workplace.

Final Quiz

A short assessment covering the key points from the course, including inappropriate behaviour, active bystander intervention, the Five Ds and supporting colleagues.
