This Adult Support course emphasises that more support is given to those who need it most to ensure the safety of all vulnerable adults in Scotland.
Understand the classification of vulnerable
You’ll learn who are considered vulnerable people using the Three Point Criteria and how to assist them.
Learn the referral process
You’ll learn to recognise the signs that could indicate a person requires further help.
Learn the ASP process
You must learn the Adult Support and Protection process as it is crucial and aims to take the concerns of the vulnerable seriously by investigating any claims of harm.
